What is the Syrinx Musical Instruments Money Back Guarantee?

We are so confident with our Syrinx Musical Instruments that we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your new instrument, our Money Back Guarantee gives you 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the instrument for a full refund of the price you paid at the time of purchase (postage/delivery costs will not be refunded), subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

The Syrinx Musical Instruments Money Back Guarantee exists in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and/or your rights pursuant to our 3-year warranty.

Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. The musical instrument and/or its accessories (including carry cases) must not have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, negligence, misuse, lack of reasonable care, unforseen event, cosmetic damage and if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed. 
    

2. The musical instrument is subject to apprasial from our Syrinx specialist repairers.
    

3. You must notify Syrinx Musical Instruments in writing within 30 calendar days of purchase date, with original proof of purchase attached. Syrinx Musical Instruments can be contacted:
   
   - Through our contact form; or
   - Via email: info@syrinxmusicalinstruments.com
    

4. If you have submitted a request for a refund, our staff will contact you within 1-2 business days requesting feedback and to arrange the return of the musical instrument for assessment. Please note that any postage costs will not be covered by this Money Back Guarantee. 
    

5. All Syrinx Musical Instruments subjected to this Money Back Guarantee must be returned to Syrinx Head Office (Wollongong NSW, Australia) for assessment. 
    

6. Once the assessent process if finalised, your refund will be made to the same payment method used during your original purchase. If payment was made using a gift card (or similar), a refund will be made by the same means.

 

What Cannot be Claimed Under the Syrinx Musical Instruments Money Back Guarantee?

1. Syrinx Musical Instruments will only accept a claim under the Money Back Guarantee from the customer who directly purchased the musical instrument. Our Money Back Guarantee is not transferable under any circumstance.
    

2. Syrinx Musical Instruments reserves the right to refuse a refund under the Money Back Guarantee if:
   
   a. The musical instrument and/or its accessories (including carry cases) has sustained any damage from abuse, accident, alteration, modification, negligence, misuse, lack of reasonable care, unforseen event, cosmetic damage and if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed;
   
   b. Change of mind which is not related to the performance of the Syrinx Musical Instrument;
   
   c. Syrinx Musical Instruments Money Back Guarantee can only be claimed once per customer;

However, Syrinx Musical Instruments will honour refunds for all sales prior to the amendment or withdrawal of said Guarantee (subject to the Terms & Conditions).
    

2. The Syrinx Musical Instruments 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is not in itself a product warranty.
